We offer a friendly and immersive experience to discover Argentinian gastronomy through a cooking workshop followed by a tasting of local specialties.

This activity allows you not only to taste the typical flavors of Argentina, but also to understand the culinary traditions and the porteño way of life in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Welcome and introduction to Argentine gastronomy

Presentation of the main local specialties:

• empanadas
• carne argentina
• chimichurri
• Humitas
• Argentinian wines
• Local aperitifs

We will also discuss the Spanish, Italian, and Criollo influences that have shaped Argentine cuisine.

Preparing Argentinian empanadas

The main activity involves learning how to prepare the famous artisanal empanadas.

Discovering the ingredients

• preparation of the traditional stuffing
• local spices
• different regional variants
• folding techniques (“repulgue”)

Each participant will be able to prepare their own empanadas before baking.

Presentation of the main local specialties:

After the workshop, it's time for a tasting in a friendly atmosphere.
